I was so saddened to hear of Suzie’s passing. The last time I saw her was at George Gay’s funeral and couldn’t believe how much she hadn’t changed. Suzie was such a light at church for me growing up and made a huge impact on me. One of, if not my favorite people at church.
I have a lot of fond memories of her. Hanging out at her house and in awe that she took care of that huge lizard! She was willing to take it out and let it swim in the tub- No thanks! Eating lots of Brueggers in the basement of the old church, getting hugs and always feeling that we were as special to Suzie as we felt about her. Suzie also just knew that I wasn’t feeling right, wasn’t myself and got me into Dr.Viner when I had mono. She was good. She was beautiful- both inside and out. She was a gift from God to many, including myself.
I loved her and she will always hold a special place in my heart. Thinking of your family including Chris and Sheral.
