Condolences
Dear Rich, Alisha and Jason-
I remember with a wide smile all of the chats and laughs that Mary and my Mom, Emilie, had over the years while we lived at 913 Juniper Drive next to you. I enjoyed reading about Mary's interactions with the grandkids. She was a beautiful and vivacious soul! My deepest condolences.

As another member of the Tone family who grew up down the road from the Stephens family, I echo Tim's appreciation of Mary's family. Mary and Margaret were excellant examples for the younger girls in the church. Mary's love of family and joy of life were apparant then as well. Blessings to you all. Mary Tone Feldner, Belgrade, MT
We grew up in Iowa just down a country road from Mary and her family. We attended a small country church, a one room country school and other rural neigborhood functions with her and her Mom and Dad and Margaret and Jay when they were kids. She, her parents, grandparents and siiblings were there to help our family when my father became debilitated on the farm and passed away. We did not know her current family but are fortunate we could be a part of her former one. Our condolances to you all.... Tim and Ann (Russell) Tone, Belgrade, MT
Rich, Alicia and all the Loughran family. Sending our deepest sympathies on your loss. God bless you all through this sad and difficult time.
My sincerest sympathy to the Loughran Family. May all of your wonderful memories of Mary, Mother, and Grandmother, along with the caring of others, help to bring you solace. Her light will continue to shine through all of you. Jason and Alicia, special hugs to both of you. My first fond memories of your Mom were when we met when you were students in my classroom at Lucas Elementary School. I care. . .
So sorry to hear of your loss. I have fond memories of Mary from taking my kids to daycare- she was full of smiles, enjoyed the kids & was so nice to chat with. My deepest sympathies
I am so sorry to hear of Mary’s passing, and my heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to her entire family. Although I haven’t seen her for many years, I knew her as my 4th grade teacher during 1966-67 at Mark Twain Elementary School in Iowa City. Mary was a tough but fair educator who demanded and received respect from her pupils. She encouraged every student to reach for their goals, to try their best, to pay attention to the details, and to take pride in their achievements. She lead by example, and was professional in every sense. I credit Mary for instilling in me the discipline and curiosity for learning that I have carried with me throughout my career. She was one of those special teachers that I will never forget. Rest In Peace Mrs Loughran.
