Condolences
Beth taught my kids through her many years at Wickham. She was loved by them and shared so much. I watched as their learning grew under her guidance. For that, we will be forever thankful. She touched and shaped their lives and will always be remembered. We are so sorry for you loss.
Sending love and prayers to Beth's family. Beth was a special person. I don't need to tell you all because you know even better than I about her passion, sense of humor and intellect. This combination of talents made her an excellent teacher, colleague, and friend. Thinking of you all in the days and time to come. Lora Daily
Beth and I were in the same Girl Scout troop at Grant Elementary School and were baptized at the same time at First Christian Church in Columbia MO. Prayers for the Tompson family. I am so sorry for your loss.
Beth was a dear colleague when we taught together in the ICCSD Extended Learning Program. She had a wonderful comradery among our staff, and she had a special gift for working with her students and their parents. She was such a kind person with a delightful sense of humor. She left much to treasure by those who knew her. May wonderful memories sustain her family and friends.
I first met Beth as we both taught at Horace Mann Elementary School. She was a gifted teacher and a good friend. My condolences go to her family with the hope that their good memories will help sustain them in this time. Beth made a positive influence in this world that will not be forgotten.

I grew up in the same neighborhood with Beth in Columbia, MO. We enjoyed playing in the park, eating mulberries and of course the annual 4th of July parade on our decorated bikes. God bless you Mary Beth and sending hugs to your family.

My husband, Bill Lyons, was language arts coordinator for the Iowa City Community School District for many years and worked with Beth Jorgensen often, seeking her counsel and advice on best practices for working with elementary students. She was a wise and thoughtful woman, greatly beloved by her students, by their families, and by her colleagues. What a loss to her family and to the world of education.

Mrs. Jorgensen taught both of my children at Wickham Elementary and they adored her. She was so friendly and such a good teacher. I remember her fondly from our parent teacher conferences. My deepest condolences to the Jorgensen family.
Jorgensen family sorry for your loss! You will all be in my prayers. Keep all the good memories in your hearts forever. God Bless you all.
My first memory with Beth was enjoying a music event together, along with her husband Tom and his brother Bill, my husband. We laughed, drank wine and shared life experiences, getting to know each other as I was welcomed into the family. I will miss you Beth Jorgensen! All My Love, Michael
