Jim and I became close friends as scouts in Troop 203 in the late ‘50’s and ‘60’s and shared a lifetime of friendship thereafter.
Even though we lived a long ways apart, and sometimes disagreed on almost everything, the trust and respect - hallmarks of fast friendship - endured.
Jim was the kind of friend that you could count on - always and without question - and trust - always and without question. Friendships like that are rare and to be treasured. He will be so very missed.
Heartfelt condolences to all of Jim’s family - all of whom he loved dearly,
