If only we could have met this precious lady sooner.......We met Dorothy Belger just a little over a year ago through her youngest son Steve. To hear him talk about her we knew up front that she was someone VERY SPECIAL, caring and loving.. . We began corresponding with her though cheery cards etc. and then we went to visit her at the West Branch Speciality Care center. When we came in and introduced ourselves the tears began to flow. Dorothy expressed her joy with tears and just made you feel so appreciated, we immediately fell in love with this sensitive, emotional lady.
It's hard to explain what an impact she has made in our hearts or how much she will be missed after such a brief appearance in our
lives - the only way you could understand is if you met Dorothy. She always spoke so lovingly of her children and of her deceased husband.......many of the characteristics she described in him we had already experienced in Steve.
Only met Dorothy's daughter and granddaughter very briefly as I was leaving the Care center one day, wish I could have met everyone as she spoke very lovingly of all expressing how lucky she was to have them. May you rest in peace dear Dorothy and be reunited one day with all those you love many, many, many years from now. I'm sure her last wish and prayer for you all would be "Please stay safe." With love Jim and Judy Scott
