Bob & Peg were two of my very best friends. I know we will always miss them dearly, but I am so happy that they are once again back together. The love the two of them had for one another is a love that I have always tried to model in my own marriage and family. They had such giving hearts and were always there when you needed a friend to talk to. Peg was the best cook there ever was, and she taught me so many wonderful secrets in the kitchen. It's because of her that my kids don't call them "cheesy potatoes," but instead they call them "Peg's Potatoes." Bob taught me a love for tinkering in the yard with his mowing stories in the summer and his snow blowing stories in the winter. He was never very good at sitting idle.
Bob lived for his family. He loved you all with every bit of his heart. We had lots of downtime in the car business, and he would share stories about what you were all up to everyday. He was so proud of each and every one of you. Thank you so much for sharing he and your mom with the rest of us. They will be forever missed.
I imagine Bob, Peg, and Sarge together once again and playing in the yard.
