Condolences
My sincerest condolences on Shirley's passing. I always loved seeing her at the Harvest Party. She had a very kind soul and I will miss her. Please know you are all in my thoughts. Helen Dane
Sending love, prayers and condolences to Shirley's family. Shirley was a wonderful lady. Always a smile on her face. Whenever we ran into Shirley, we had wonderful conversations full of laughter and fun. Shirley took an interest in our special needs daughter, Amanda, and loved our dog Teddy (and Teddy loved her). We will truly miss Shirley. The world lost a good friend and heaven gained an angel. You will be in our hearts Shirley until we meet again. God Speed Shirley!!
Dear Kim & Kelly & families & Nancy, Mick, Mary Ann, Dick, Joann, & Sharon, I will always remember Shirley's smile and sweetness. She greeted me enthusiastically every time we met and always asked about every member of my family. She was a big reason I stopped at the Waterfront Hy-Vee as often as I did. I will always remember her and the many times she made me feel special.
We had so much fun growing up together. Shirley was always upbeat and funny. She will be missed by all her knew her.

I cherish so many memories of Shirley’s SWEET disposition and cherubic smile during the years we worked together at The Carousel. Her daughters were the focus of her life and love. I admired her for that
To Shirley's family, you all have my deepest sympathy. I met and worked with Shirley at the Purple Cow so many years ago. She was such an upbeat, positive person no matter what she may be dealing with herself. More recently, she would come in to Midtown Restaurant and we would get a minute or two to catch up on our families. Shirley will certainly be missed. I feel very fortunate to have her known her. Rest in peace and may God Bless.
Shirley used to come into the bank I worked at and was always such a kind, sweet person. She knew my Mom from years ago and shared stories and laughs with me. One of the kindest, most genuine people I have known. Condolences to her family and friends.
