Obituary of Mary Patricia Nybakken

Mary Patricia Nybakken (Holland) was born in Des Moines, Iowa on May 22, 1961. She was summoned to her heavenly home by our Lord, May 25, 2021. Mary was a faithful woman, who was the foundation to her family. She provided nourishment, warmth and understanding. Mary was a proud constitutionalist and a strong supporter of the Police. She was an avid fisherman, gun enthusiast, strong willed and passionate lady. She was a role model citizen with a smile that could warm your heart. She was a very proud grandmother of her three beautiful granddaughters. There are not enough words in this world to describe the woman that she was. We will miss her boisterous laugh and vivacious personality. Mary is survived by her husband, Jerry; daughter, DeLaney; and son, Jake (Destinee); three granddaughters, brothers, Mike (Sandi), and Greg (Tracy); sister, Anne (Jeff); and her many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rosemary and Gerald Holland. No public services are being planned.
