Obituary of Paul Joseph Reardon

Paul Joseph “Joe” Reardon, age 75 of Iowa City died at the University of Iowa Hospital of cancer on Thursday, July 1, 2021. Joe was born August 15, 1945, in Binghamton, New York. He served in the Army Armed Forces in the communications division during the Vietnam Era. Joe was employed at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Iowa City in the Research and Development Services as a medical photographer and computer specialist, where he retired in the early 2000’s. He was long associated with the fellowship of alcoholics anonymous (AA). Joe is survived by his brother, Jim and Jim’s children; daughter, Sunny and son, PJ of Vestal, NY. As well as his long time friends Bev & Doug Mason and Mary Soucek. We thank the staff of the University of Iowa Hospital and Lantern Park Specialty Care Centers for their compassionate care of Joe.
