Condolences
Merlene,
We want to extend our sincere condlences to you and your family after the death of your dear husband Rich. We have some fond memories of talking to him from time to time when we attended Parkview Church during the time we lived in Iowa City. We hope that daily you will carry with you many, many fond and comforting memories of Rich. And that you will hold on to these memories until you see him again in the place that God has prepared for both of you!
Sincerely,
Marvin and Jackie Lynch

Mrs. Hruby, Janice and family, John and family. I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Mr. Hruby as a kind, gentle man. He always made me feel welcome whenever I came to visit when I was in high school with Janice. You also were very welcoming Mrs. Hruby and that was very important for a shy high schooler. Janice was a very kind, supporting friend and I know she had excellent role models in her parents. May God bless you with many happy memories until you are all together again.

Richard was a very Christian Gentleman. He will be greatly missed!
Remembering you is easy, we do it everyday. But missing you is a heartache that never goes away.
We hold you tightly in our heart, and there you will remain.
Life goes on without you Rich, but will never be the same.
Rest in Peace, Richard.

So sorry to hear about Richard my condolences to all his family and in-laws . Ronald Joe Kucera . I met him and Lloyd at Rays memorial service after so many years had passed . So many memories growing up as young boys , playing basketball for Oxford High School etc .
The loss of a loved one is difficult, however, remember that you are not on the journey alone. God walks beside you. Prayers for the entire family.

So sad to hear Rich is gone, but he is with his Savior. He was our farmer in the Evangelical Free Church in Coralville and then Parkview in Iowa City. Dian and I grew up on farms so we always asked Rich about his crops etc. Also in a Bible study with him and Marlene for several yrs.
