I first met Javon when I was the crossing guard for Roosevelt School and later working as lunch lady at same school. He was a little spitfire but enjoyed seeing him almost daily and watching him grow up.
I always wondered what happened to him ...when one day I walked into the civic center and there was Javon ...he remembered me and had the biggest grin on his face! A few years later I walked into Hutz Donuts and heard my name. It was Javon...this time we talked for quite awhile about the old Roosevelt days and what he was up to.
He is missed by many, many people..a shining star gone too soon.
My condolences to all of his family. Kenna McKeever
