I was sorry to hear of Vivian's death. I worked with her at the Univ Library before she retired. She was always such a cheerful lady and always seemed to enjoy her work in the Cataloging Dept, reclassifying books from the Dewey Decimal System to Library of Congress system. It was a big project that she was a part of at that time. Judy Doorenbos (Groendyke)
I have delivered Meals to Vivian for several years; I will surely miss the cute basket she used to divide her lunches into the cold and the hot areas. She was always so pleasant and a joy to visit with during our delivery. I am very sorry for the loss of this wonderful woman.
I always enjoyed coming over to IC to have lunch with Steph and Vivian, and Forrest too, years ago. She had so many stories, about her travels, her family, her life! Vivian was one of a kind, and the epitome of a life well-lived!
As I read your mother's obituary, I could see what a remarkable woman she was. I'm certain she is standing before the Throne of God and hearing God's blessing, "Well done, good and faithful servant." My sympathies are with you for your loss.
