Condolences
It was a privilege and joy to know Carl, 1st through Lions, then through Veterans For Peace. Thoughtful, insightful, kind, and exuded a unique kind of joy & humor. I am sure he has left many great memories and lessons. Ed Flaherty
Mary and family, we are sorry for your loss.
Carl was my favorite face at the food bank for over 20 years! I always enjoyed speaking with him and I admired his humility in service. Thank you, Carl, for representing your beliefs so well. As we Quakers say, "Let your Life speak." You did just that. Carl, may the longtime sun shine upon you, all love surround you and the Pure Light within you guide your way Home. Blessed be.
Sending sincere condolences to Carl's Family. Ruth, I know this will leave a terrible hole in your heart as you faithfully visited with your dad as often as you could. I am sure that Bea has welcomed him home with open arms. I hope the comfort of the lord makes the loss less painful.
Sending sincere condolences to Carls Family . Bea Welcomed him home with open arms . They were great neighbors down the street from me and once I’d see both at Legacy . He was a very nice man

I am so sorry for your loss! What an amazing life he lived! I had the pleasure of volunteering with Carl at the Crisis Center Food Pantry (now CommUnity). I was always happy when I was assigned at the same spot as Carl, to help people check out and bag their groceries. He had such interesting stories to tell and he was interested in everyone else's story, as well. Such a kind, wonderful man!
