Joyce was a wonderful, fun, compassionate and forward-thinking friend who never failed to inspire. We had such fun together. She will forever be deeply missed.

I got to know Joyce and some of her kids (Angie was a classmate). Joyce was thrilled that I shared two of her loves, the love of rocks and of plants. I will miss her loving kindness. She was a wonderful gal and my prayers and sympathy to her family. She's in heaven dancing with Lee! I will miss her!

Joyce is an icon here in Hampton! She welcomed everyone regardless!! She holds a very special place in our hearts! I've never met any woman like Joyce Blum!
