I express my sympathy to Susan's family. Sorry to hear of her passing away. She will be missed around our town. Many of us enjoyed visiting with her. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you.

Susan Jane....Ah!! the fun...laughter...and memories we afforded one another for the past 75 plus years. The torch has been passed, and like no other, you gave the historic perspective about life and living in Oxford, Iowa.

Susan Jane's dedicated cheer : The Oxford White Hawks are "hot tonight" the Oxford White Hawks ..Fight...Fight....Fight . That she did, with the game ball in hand , she would inevitably make that winning basket'... " A winner she was"

"Promises made were Promises Kept" Last week we agreed that I send her an information packet. Due to arrive in Oxford, Iowa today, April 11th for her use on April the 12th .

My husband Ron and I were new to Oxford, Susan always had a pleasant conversation with us when she would see us. I will miss her positive gentle spirit and strength of Character. May she rest peacefully, we will miss her.
