Jeanne and Family,

May God bless all of you during this time of sorrow and most certain celebration of Earl's life, well lived. I am just seeing his life story now as I have recently lost my mother and made plans with Dan at Ciha. My heart goes out to all of you but you especially, Jeanne. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Earl was such a warm, kind, and generous gentleman. He welcomed me to Iowa City with his contagious smile and always had that same smile and kind words whenever I saw him. My condolences to Jeanne and family. He will be missed!

Earl was a wonderful person inside and out. He welcomed us into his family when we were losing our beautiful friend Marian. R.I.P. sweet Earl and hug Marian tight for us.
