My condolences to you Marty, and all of your family. I didn't have the blessing of knowing Charlotte but she sounds like she was a beautiful person, who left her mark on many people.
Dear Charlotte!! It has extremely saddened me to know that you have left but happy at the same time that you are with loving Father God. I miss you so much. You have always loved me and always made me feel like home every time I was at Iowa and First Mennonite church. I pray for strength and peace in the family for the loss they have gone through. I love you and miss you. ♥️♥️
Charlotte was a beautiful woman in her appearance and deep within her soul. Her kindness and compassion will be remembered. Sending heart-felt condolences to Marty and family.
We are sorry with Charlotte’s passing. It was a honor to be her neurologist for many years until my medical condition forced my retirement in 2016. I enjoyed the stories of your solar eclipse’s especially the one in the desert of Libya which lasted about two and one half minutes. Despite her MS,she remained positive. She will be missed. So sorry to hear about Charlotte. We were work colleagues at Ganos in Cherry Creek from 1963-1965 and I have many fond memories. Currently I am trying to find a picture I have of the two of us together. I knew the family had moved to my home town -- a long way from Denver, so I knew she was in a good place then. It sounds like Iowa City was a good place for her and I do know she was happy there. Please accept my sympathies.
