I met Barb through Darlene, and our love of quilting. She was a lovely, thoughtful and sometimes feisty person. The couple times she stayed at my house with Darlene for a get-together, she would leave a prize for me to find when they left—so sweet.-

Just something to share with the family. When I was a young girl and went to Oxford Elementary school, Ray Tandy was my school bus driver. One of the Best drivers I had!

Yesterday afternoon, I drove past the two Colony homes still standing. So many fun memories came rushing through my mind. Knowing every room in each of the homes. The laughter between our parents. The giggling amongst us girls. As I grew up, I saw a very strong Brant family bond between Carl and my Dad. My utmost sympathy to all.

I will miss you my dear friend.Go to heaven and quilt away.
