Frederick Lee Chipman passed away October 31, 2022 in Iowa City, Iowa. He was 64 years old. Fred was born December 10, 1957 in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Frederick and Barbara (Swain) Chipman. Fred’s family include his two siblings, Jim Chipman and Grace Marko. Fred’s family have arranged a simple cremation in accordance with his wishes and no services are planned at this time.
