Obituary of Stephanie Ann Jones

Stephanie A. Jones passed away on November 25, 2022 in Iowa City. She was 41 years old. Stephanie’s family will receive guests for visitation at Gay and Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service (2720 Muscatine Avenue, Iowa City) on Sunday, December 4 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Stephanie was born July 30, 1981 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the daughter of Randy and Marsha (Grantz) Jones. Stephanie was known for her kindness and compassion to those around her. She had a degree in accounting but her desire was to be a missionary in order to share her faith. She loved her family and wanted nothing more than to spend time with her nieces. She enjoyed reading, latch hook, watching television and playing games on her phone. She had a deep faith and enjoyed attending bible study with her friends within the group. Stephanie will be missed tremendously. Her memory will be carried by all who love her. Stephanie’s family include her parents, Randy and Marsha; brother, Dan (Lisa) Jones; nieces, Lexi Jones, Maddie Jones and Emory Jones; and multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins.
