My family and I lived across the street when we were kids and our parents decided we were distant Welsh relatives: Breese + Ap Rees. I was Nancy Rate, daughter of Marguerite and Robert Rate. I believe my father was teaching at Iowa City, surgery, then. I just discovered our loss of Keith and am so sorry. These days, 80s can still be quite young and vibrant. My loss, too, is in now not being able to reconnect a living thread still strong in my memory.
