Sidonie Okenge Lubanda, 47, of North Liberty, Iowa, died February 12, 2023, in Muscatine, Iowa. Sidonie was born April 28, 1975, in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, to Wa Shonda Okenge and Jeanne Meta Mbuyi. She is survived by her husband Louis Lubanda and her children. Visitation will be held from 2-5 pm, Friday, March 17, 2023 at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service. Funeral Services will be held from 10-1 pm), Saturday, March 18, 2023 at The River Community Church (3001 Muscatine Avenue, Iowa City, Iowa) with burial to follow at Oakland Cemetery (1000 Brown Street, Iowa City, Iowa).
