Condolences
Although it's been years since we run into each other I can still hear your infectious laugh as if you were standing right next me. The world lost a good one and you will be missed by many. Your family are in my thoughts during this very difficult and unexpected time.
Grateful for your fierce and loving heart as a force in this world. Your talents were many and your love of sharing them always came through 5 by 5. I'll miss you, Trevor. You made a difference in this community that ripples out in sound and sizzle of something good. Big love to you all.
Trevor made work fun, but he was more than a work friend. He was my fun ‘unconventional’ friend that a college student has, being double my age. We always joked around and picked on eachother, he felt like family. I loved seeing him at shows around IC, and some random mornings when we’d randomly pass eachother on my street. We always had time for conversation about how we were doing and it’s nice to know he always cared about me. Loveliest person I’ll encounter for a long time.
Marvin Johnson and Karen Jones Johnson from Walker sharing our heartfelt sympathy for your loss.
Bill and Bunny, My prayerful condolences to you on the passing of Trevor. May your familly and friends surround you with love and comfort in the days ahead.
Oh, Bunny, I am so very, very sorry. We should never lose our children. I remember you and me talking about our boys, Ben and Trevor, and wondering if they'd be OK going to Chicago. That was so long ago but they have remained good friends all this time. He was a great kiddo. Take care. I am here if you need anything.

We just heard the news and are in shock and so sad. We have such fun childhood memories of Trevor and it was fun to be in touch on social media as adults. Sending prayers of peace to the entire family and his circle of friends.
Bill, Bunny and Tonia we are in complete shock at the news of Trevor’s passing! I have no words ! I can’t even imagine the heartbreak . Our deepest sympathies to you.
Tonia,
I just heard about your brother’s passing tonight, and my heart is breaking for you. Please know that I’m thinking of you and sending you and your family all the love in the world. I know how devastating it is to lose your only sibling, and I’m here if you ever want to talk. I pray Trevor finds a way to let you know he is still with you, and that his memory brings you comfort and peace in the days ahead. He was such a wonderful person. ♥️ I love you.
Big glasses, a bit of a scruffy beard, and a smile, this is the image burned into my memory of Trevor. Before I met Trevor, I had heard that “Trevor knows everybody”, and after getting to know him I believed that to be true. His superpower was his gift for connecting with people, and the measure of his gift was the many lives that he touched. I’m so glad I got to be one of the lucky many to know him.

Bill and Bunny. I am shocked and so saddened by this news. I have no words that can possibly describe how sorry that we are. I know your hearts are forever broken. Sincerely, Jane and Dennis Weinschenk.
Bill and Bunny , back in the ‘80s when we were running Mud runs, and drags Trevor was probably 7 or 8. I didn’t see him much.

Bill and Bunny and Tonya,I'm so sorry for your loss. I will be praying for your family and that you can find some peace!
After reading Trevor’s obituary and other's condolence posts, I'm not surprised at his kind-heartedness and to all those lives he touched in his short-lived time on earth. As his cousin, I'm just sorry I wasn't as close to him as all those who experienced and lived within his daily & immediate sphere. I think I'm not alone saying his long-lasting legacy will give good reason for others to treat and equally love thy neighbor. To me, it's clear Trevor lived a good life and will be greatly missed- Godspeed.
I also would like to offer my deepest condolences for the loss of Trevor. Iowa City truly will not be the same without him. I knew him from around town and he seemed to pop up in my life especially when I was suffering--with the loss of my dad, and with some fertility issues. It was if by fate I would run into him in these times because he was so caring and kind and warm. I will never forget these kindnesses. I also am not surprised to read about how active Trevor was in his community, which I admire and aspire to do more of in his honor. Again--Iowa City will simply not be the same without his presence. I am so sorry for your loss, Ashlee, and to Trevor's family, especially his parents. He will be so very missed.
Ashlee and family - I am so sorry for the loss of Trevor. He was such a kind, caring, and compassionate human being. He was a friend to many and clearly didn't know many strangers in his life. I will always have a warm place for him in my memories and am so glad I got to spend time with you both on our trip to Las Vegas last month. I will miss seeing him when I make visits to Iowa City in the future - his laughter was contagious. Again, I am incredibly sorry to hear about his passing and offer my deepest condolences to you all.
I remember Trevor coming in to the Green Room to apply for a job when we were just getting ready to open. Most people wouldn't bring their dog along for an interview but that's just the kind of guy he was. They got the job. I'm really going to miss you Trevor, you were one of a kind.
A wonderful human being and member of my extended family. Always had a smile and encouraging word... provided a fresh insight into music, biking and other "travels" I had failed to explore without him. He made our grand-daughter Ashlee truly happy for which we are forever thankful! He will be missed terribly. Rest in Peace Good Son. Grand Parents Larry and Janice(deceased).
Trevor was there on my first ride with the library family what I remember most was his smile and that he was far to full of life to be gone so soon im so sorry for your loss just know the loss is not yours alone.
Trevor lit a fire of joy in me every time I spent time with him. He was a many of many talents, no doubt- but I’d say his greatest talent was people. He had a way of making you feel like the only person in the room. He will be missed by so so so many people.
