I just have got to say there will be many holes in so many hearts. I work at Deery Brothers Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram in Iowa City. Fannie and I became great friends. She was such an angelic soul. She truly impacted my life. I could have the worse day, and Fannie would come in and everything became alright. My life is richer because of her. Fannie had a way about her that if anyone met her they knew immediately that she walked with God. I will always be so grateful that God gave me the chance to meet and to love Fannie. May she rest in peace. I know she is sitting next to Jesus and with Larry. I am sending much love and prayers for her family and to walk the way Fannie did. Please accept my condolences. I will always keep my memories of her close my heart. I have so many stories she’d share with me. God bless all of her family and friends.

I'm Johnny McCottrell, the brother of Faye McCottrell who was Ms. Fannie's friend for over 40 + years. My sister met her when they both were young. They worked together, supported each other through good and bad times. They lost touch with each other for some year's and I was glad I was able to reunite them through Facebook. Ms. Fannie's name and spirit have , and will always be a part of the McCottrell family. We are so sorry for your loss, and my sister and I pray for your strength at this time.

I’m sorry for not being able to share another song or prayer as we worshiped in Rhema’s Worship Center doors.

I just wanted to let you know I cared & that I loved each and every time you & the Mama Gang walked into the churches doors.

I Also wanted to let you know you were an impact on everyone that you came across and because of how strong you were and how you carried yourself you showed use determination

The news of the passing Mama Fannie YES!! it hurts to hear but we know you’ll be safe in God’s arms & close to your dear husband.
