Condolences
so sorry to hear of steves passing, went to u.high with him great guy, will miss seeing him at wal mart
I was in Steve's BSF class this year. It was a real privilege getting to know him the last several months. Just like it was said at his beautiful service, Steve was a man of few words, but when he spoke he gave great insight & it was from the heart. It was evident he loved the Lord, his family, fishing. He also shared w/ us his love for BSF & the Iowa Hawkeyes. We loved hearing his fishing stories & about his love for the Hawks. I'm incredibly honored to have met him & for his great service to North Liberty over his life & the service he gave to our country. God bless you Steve & his family from his BSF family.
So sorry to hear of Steve's passing!
Thoughts and prayers to Kris and family.

In 1983 when we moved to North Liberty we became Koser customers. As the years that followed we became Steve Koser’s friends. We are so very sad to read the news of his death. He was just a great guy who we always enjoyed. He and Bill would exchange fishing stories and adventures. He loved his family and was so proud of you all. He kept us up to date on grandchildren, Keri’s teaching, Kort’s life and Kris your shoulder surgery. The last time I saw him we laughed about life and it’s craziness. I, personally will miss not running into him and sharing news. We did love the guy. Please know you are in our families thoughts and prayers. Steve won’t be forgotten in his household.

Steve was a great fellow who I enjoyed throughout the years. Always had a fun and friendly conversation to share and did a great job helping and taking care of folks that he encountered throughout his days. He will be deeply missed.

Sincere condolences to Kris and family. Steve was unapologetically his genuine self 100% of the time. I so respected his business savvy; his support of North Liberty; and his stead fast friendship and support. Such a good man. Rest in piece and catch the big one in the sky!
My sincere condolences to the entire Koser family. Steve was certainly one of the good guys.
I always enjoyed seeing him over the years.
Rest in peace, Steve.
Kris and the entire Koser Family
I'm so sorry to hear of Steves passing. He was and always will be one of my best friends. The life we shared in North Liberty, at his home, Kosers store, Hawkeye Sports, and the hundreds of kids lives he touched are just a few of the things that endeared him to all of us.
When I called him, usually at the store, I always asked him the same question..... "What time do you close". His answer was always the same..... An invitation to take a trip and join the devil.
My heart is broken but I now know what time you close.

Kris and kids, I am so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. We shared many years of pestering each other at the store. Lots of good conversations, that sometimes included Hayden Fry when he would stop in to get his lottery tickets. Steve was one of a kind! You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Koser family sorry for your loss. You will all be in my prayers. Steve was such a great guy. Always enjoyed talking with him at both stores. Keep all the good memories in your hearts forever. God Bless you all.
My sympathy to you, Karen, and all of Steve’s family. He was always so fun to visit with when I ran into him. Prayers and hugs to all of you.
I was in high school with Steve. We played on sports teams together and after HS we played on softball teams together. Steve was always smiling and a pleasure to be around. He came from great family roots that were community leaders.
See you on the other side buddy.
