As a kid, I thought my uncle Larry was kind and funny. As I grew up, seeing him at our summer family reunions, he seemed so steady and confident in his faith, and a good example of 'walking the walk.' I never saw him get upset. Just a good person, I will always smile remembering him. I'm planning to come for the Memorial Service on Saturday, March 2nd. It's a 4-hour drive from Chicago, but that's how special Larry was, and is. My condolences to his family for their loss.
