To the whole Fisher family, I’m sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. I’ll always remember his calm demeanor while weaving words of wisdom in the way only he could. One could only smile (or laugh) upon his observations.
So sorry for your loss. Jim always had a great sense of humor & always had a story. He certainly knew everyone everywhere he’d go. Miss playing cards with him & certainly miss running into him at the casino. Jim was one of a kind!
Gloria and all of the Achenbachs … my deepest sympathies, dear friends. It seems like your wedding was just yesterday, what a wonderful 20 year union. Mom and Dad thought the world of you both, as do I.

Daryl and Fisher family: So sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. Jim and Marilyn were such good friends of my parents, (Ron and Gelaine Detweiler) and I remember them fondly. Wish I could attend the visitation, but I am out of town that day.
We are so sorry to hear of Jim’s Passing. He and Gloria have been our neighbors over several years at Quail Creek in North Liberty. We send our prayers to Gloria and all the family.
