Young-Hee "Lee Ann" Koch

Condolences
I met Young-Hee when we both moved with our families with our families to Tracy Lane in Iowa City, We became good friends. I remember the summer we all went to Lake Okaboji with the kids. Lots of fun swimming and a bat in the cabin. John and Jim took care of the bat, Leeann, me and the kids stayed on the deck. We had many good times. I will miss her very much. Her picture is beautiful and looks just like she did.

I knew Lee Ann when I worked in pathology. She would always greet you with a smile and could have you feeling her joy when conversing. She was a wonderful, delightful person. Her family has my sincere condolences. May her memories and spirit live on in all of you.
Such a beautiful person , both inside and out! I worked along side Lee Ann for years at the hospital and she was the best, always a kind smile and soft voice everyday. She so loved her family.
I met Lee Ann thru our "Hookers" (Needles, Hooks and Yarn) group at my sister's church. She was so sweet and kind and we hit it off right away. Any time she would be at the church for Hookers, I felt so happy inside. She made beautiful things. I hope she is at peace.
Kathy, Steve and family, we send our deepest condolences on the loss of your mom and grandmother.

Lee Ann was a dear friend. Initially my husband and I met her and John at Steve Somsky’s birthday party when he was much younger. After John died Lee Ann welcomed me to Friday afternoon cards at her house. We got to enjoy her beautiful plants, especially her orchids! And her coffee!
My granddaughter got to know her and she recently told me that Lee Ann was the sweetest, kindest person Abby knew! And I agree.
I’m so glad she is not in pain anymore but I will miss her.
I am so sorry for your loss but know your memories and your stories are a joy!
Lee Ann was the sweetest, kindest person I have had the pleasure to know. She will be missed. My condolences to her family.
