Craig and Family, So very sorry to learn about Joyce. I became acquainted with Joyce when I became a member of the Class of 65 in high school after after becoming ill and was unable to graduate with the Class of 64. I remember the day we spent together when my mother took us to Des Moines for our ACT tests. We got a lot of shopping in that day and Joyce's folks were worried when we didn't get home as soon as they thought we should.
Craig, I remember your wedding on that sunny, but cold day. I also remember meeting Diane after she was born when you came to Osceola to visit her parents,
I always enjoyed my visits to your house through the years. I especially looked forward to your yearly Christmas card to see what pencil drawing was on them. Those cards were never thrown away.
I know the last few years have been difficult ones for Joyce, you and the rest of the family. As hard as it is to say goodbye to her, it has to be a comfort to know that she is no longer struggling and suffering.
My prayers go out to you. May God bring you comfort during this difficult time.
