Obituary of Anji Sun

Anji Sun, age 49 of 323 Cayman Street, Iowa City died at her home, Thursday, February 5, 2004 following a extended illness. Cremation services were provided by Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service of Iowa City. No other services are planned at this time. Anji Sun was born October 31, 1954, in Beijing, China the daughter of Minghui Sun and Guizhen Wu. She attended schools in China, and later after coming to the United States received her PhD from the University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio. She moved to Iowa City in 1994, where she has been employed at ACT as a senior research person. Anji married Kirk C. Loos January 14, 2001. Her family includes her husband, Kirk; son, Hansi Wei of College Park, MD; parents, Minghui Sun and Guizhen Wu of Shenyang, China; sister, Jia Wu of Richmond, VA, and brother, Xiaodi Sun of Shenyang, China.
