Obituary of Marsha R. Selck

Marsha R. Grosvenor Selck, age 53 of Lone Tree, formerly of Coralville died Monday, April 19, 2004 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Memorial services will be held at 7p.m. Thursday April 22, 2004 at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City with the Reverend Judy Gingerich officiating. Private family graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Coralville. Visitation will be after 5pm Thursday until services at the funeral home. Marsha Rae Grosvenor was born January 16, 1951 in Bloomfield, Iowa the daughter of Gerald L. and Mildred F. (Osing) Grosvenor. Her family moved to Coralville while she was a child where she was raised. On December 3, 1971, Marsha married ?Bill? Selck in Kirksville, Missouri. She enjoyed fishing and bowling, but most important to her was her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Her family includes her husband, Bill; daughters, Sheila and her husband, Jeff VanGerpen of Iowa City, Peggy Jelinek of Laurel, NE, Angela and her husband, Pat Cadwallader of Pender, NE, Brenda Selck of Lone Tree, and Billie Jo and her husband, Forrest Gibson of South English, IA; sons, Brian Selck and his wife, Maria of Dupont, WA, and Jeff Selck of Lone Tree; ten grandchildren; brothers, Leonard Grosvenor of West Branch, Clifford Grosvenor of Oak Glenn, CA, and John Grosvenor of Coralville; sisters, Virginia (Mrs. James) Rysdam of Bloomfield, IA, Pauline Osborne of Burlington, IA, Ruth Enlow of South English, IA, Barbara (Mrs. Sherwin) Stellinga of Sioux Falls, SD, Kathy Grosvenor of Longview, TX, and Rhonda Davis of Marshalltown, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Paul Grosvenor. Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service of Iowa City is caring for Marsha?s family and her services.
