Obituary of Carl E. Van Fleet

Carl E. VanFleet, age 77 of Oxford died Tuesday, November 21, 2006, at the Kavanagh House in Des Moines. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 24, 2006, at the Oxford Chapel of Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service. Burial will be at the Oxford Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1pm Friday until the services. A memorial fund has been established. His family includes four daughters, Judy Ann McCollough and her husband, William of Indianola, IA, Sue Ellen Kimble of Story City, IA, Margie Jean VanFleet of Indianola, and Shirley Fallin of Des Moines; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
