John "Paul" was a great person--so much fun to be around. He & his wife were a great team. His intelligence & compassion were so very high. He seemed so healthy when I left Iowa City in 2006; things can happen quickly. He made great use of his time. I wish he would've had more time--he could be counted on to do more great things.
