Condolences
WOW! What a Beautiful picture. Want to send my love, thoughts and prayers to the family and friends. I have enjoyed many years spending time with Patricia Hass's daughter Maureen, working together as nurses, sharing our life stories and many major life events for the last several years...... Maureen has shown such wonderful love, selfless, giving care these last many years any mother would be proud to call her Daughter.
love and prayers, lucine
My Mom was one of the most unique people on Earth. The last 10 years we really got to know each other well, become close and enjoy a renewed and loving relationship.
So many of my friends and family said they were sorry my mom died on my birthday, well that was just like her to do that! Actually it was a gift to me after all her years of suffering. I will never forget the date!
Sharing Mom's death was very intimate and moving, shortly after she passed a large group of Cardinals sang their hearts out right ouside her window. I want to believe they saw her go and were rejoicing with her.
Mom... now that you are gone I will need a new hobby! I sure will miss you as I did enjoy fussing and worrying over you. My message to you is you are loved and missed.
Enjoy your card games with Gramma, Aunt Kathy and Jan and be sure to watch Gramma, you know she can count cards!
We didnt know your Mom, Maureen, but know how hard it is to say goodbye to your mother. Our deepest sympathies to you and your family. May your Mom rest in peace. Love, Uncle Frank and Aunt Dee
I met Pat almost 25 years ago and she was a great person with a wonderful sense of humor. She made a big difference in my life, though we lost touch a few years ago. I know she was very proud of her children and especially all the grandkids whom she spoke about endlessly. What a beautiful picture of your mom. My condolences for your loss.
Did not know Mrs. Haas, but I did know Dolores (I think I spelled you name right this time). We worked for the same company and is a very nice person. I am still waiting for her to direct her first film. (I do know some writers). Take care Dolores and family, your Mom is in Good Hands!
I'll bet my mom, grandma, Kathy, and my aunt Pat already have a card game going. It's makes me feel good thinking they're all together again.
We had a lot of fun getting Pat going when we were kids. Poor Pat would go to the freezer to get some ice for her pepsi and there'd be no ice because Maureen and I used the metal ice trays to make fudge in. We always knew what was coming next: REENIE!!!!! In spite of our childhood antics, she always very happy to see me as I was to see her.
Pat was a wonderful person. Whenever I saw her she always had a bright, beautiful smile and was always in a great mood. She loved to laugh and be around people. She did an excellent job raising wonderful chilkdren, that with her help and guidance turned into the great people, friends, mothers, and grandmothers that we all know and love. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her but will live forever in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren for years to come. I love you.
Maureen is one of my dearest friends and I love her mom. Pat and I worked together at the Holiday Inn in Clinton, Iowa. We were both desk clerks and we had the best time. As years went by, when we would see each other, it was like there was never a space between when we saw each other last. She was very special and I will miss her. Maureen was such a good daughter to her and Pat knew that she could always depend on her and loved her very much. Take care all and lots of love to you.
Losing a mother is difficult at any age. It is a time for introspection, reflection and opening to the love of those who surround you....sweet Dolores, as you move through these difficult days, know that you are loved by many.
See the amazing ways your mother has touched others and seek the places she lives on....in the face of Alex, the sparkle in your own eyes and the love of your family, friends and the countless people your mother touched in her life....and even now as her love continues to glow and grow.
May we all rest in the love and light of Jesus and experience peace.
always....
Janet
Dolores, I see where you get your beauty. My thoughts are with you and your family. It's never easy to loose a loved one. Know that you are always surrounded by family and friends even if we're not standing next to you at that moment.
I did not know Patricia, but am a dear friend of her daughter, Dolores. Dolores is a wonderful person and I love her dearly. Patricia would be proud of her daughter. She is a very successful business woman, but more importantly has a wonderful marriage to her husband Joe and is a genuine, loving mother to her daughter, Alex, granddaughter to Patricia. My deepest sympathies go out to each and every one of Patricia's family.
To Maureen and family - We're sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. You've been a good caregiver to her and should be proud of that. I know you have many happy memories of your and your family's times with her. You're in our thoughts and prayers.
