I am truly sorry for your loss. I also recently lost a loved one and was comforted by the scriptures at Rev. 21:4 which promises a time when there will be no more death, mourning nor outcry. Also John 5:28, 29 promises a resurrection. I found comfort and hope in these scriptures and I hope they do the same for you.

To the Whetstine family.................We are so sorry to hear about John. You are in our prayers. It is hard to lose a husband and father, as our family knows well. To Jerry......we will always remember your dad at the Special Olympics events cheering you on.

Your Dad and Husband will greatly be missed I remember when I first started at work he took me to a girl and said take care of her show her the ropes. I will never forget him. He was always a very thoughtfull person with alot of spunk. My thoughts and prayers are with you all Love Deb Hartley

I would like to send my condolences to the whole Whetstine family. I never had the opportunity to know John, but I have met the rest of you, and work with Jerry, as his Senior Counselor. I hear wonderful things about John through Jerry though, and know they were close. I know he will be missed by so many.
