Condolences
I am a member of the American Legion and, at one time, around 2004-2009 I served with the American Legion Color Guard helping provide honors for deceased veterans. It was then that I became acquainted with Tucker. While we may not have been close, I was around him quite a bit and found him to be a very nice man. I am sorry that I did not learn sooner of his death. Somehow I missed it in the Press-Citizen obits and just found out tonight, October 8, at the Legion Club, because his name was posted as being gone. So, I take this opportunity to express my condolences to all of Tucker's family, loved ones, and other friends. I am sorry for your loss and I am very sorry he is gone. Moe Wadle of Coralville
Dear Anita and families, I am so sorry to hear of Tucker's death! I hadn't seen him for a long time but he was always a big idol of mine due to his fantastic roller skating and fun, friendly person he was! He was great on those wheels and yes I being a snot nose teen ager thought he was pretty cool! It isn't easy losing someone you been with so long and shared so many ups and downs. Please take care and let me know if you ever want to meet for coffee. My thoughts and prayers are with you all !!
Love, Sandy Hora
