Sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I worked with Bill for several years at the State DOT. Bill was a good friend and we had some very good conversations. I know he will be missed by all. We will keep you in our prayers.

We want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this most difficult time. He missed my many.
