I am so sorry to learn of Delmar's death. I wish I could have come but Ih am in a nursing home since Mike died - have a genetic disorder. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Sheila

Del and Ruth were and are sweethearts! I worked with them several times in helping them find suitable housing through the years. I loved being around them and they were always so positive. Del always had a smile on his face and Ruth is a very kind person. I am saddened to hear that Del has passed on. I hope that Ruth is able to cherish his memory and smile when thinking of him. Heaven has gained a great soul!

On behalf of my wife, Michele and I, we want to extend our condolences to Ruth, and the entire Ebersole Family on the loss of Del. MY good ol' Conservative Friend Del! He and I saw 'eye to eye' on lots of things. He had a wonderful smile and great little laugh! He weighed his words, and never seemed to speak out of turn or on topics he did not want to make comments on.. This is a truly great trait to have.
GOD is there for Del, and they will make wonderful partners.
