I'm so sorry for your loss. Frank was a wonderful person with a big heart. I worked with him at walmart for several years and he always watched out for me. He will be greatly missed, I will forever remember him as Papa Frank.
Dear Winans Family,
We send you our sympathy at the death of your brother, father and friend. It is always such a shock. And we will continue praying for you through this sadness.
Lovingly, "cousin" Jim Sichmeller
Frank & I grew up together in Omaha. we started kindergarten together. He always made fun of me because I had a small head. He referred to me as puny little head even when we had a grade school reunion a few years back. He was always smiling.
Sorry to hear about your loss.
Frank was one of a kind.
I'm remembering the little boy we sisters would look out for when he needed help. Now, he's the man who left too soon. Rest now Frank, rest in peace.
Your Sister, Teresa

I had the pleasure of working with Frank at Wal-Mart. He was a great person who liked to give you a hard time but would do anything for you.He will be greatly missed. Thoughts and prayers to his family.
Frank was such a good friend to me when I worked overnight at Walmart. Even after I left, I would look for him just to say hi. He had this amazing personality, so cheerful and funny. The world lost a great man. Rest in paradise, Frank.
Rhonda, Jill and Heather
I am so sorry for your loss. There are so many memories growing up with your family. Don't know where to start. We were not just neighbors, you were more like our 2nd parents. Frank and Rhonda lived right across the street and Rhonda had coffee with my mom every morning so Rhonda got the dirt on everything that myself and my brothers were up to. To make things worse for us kids you were across the street so you could see what we were up to. That also meant that if we ever needed anything you were there like when your brother falls off of his skateboard and cuts his arm and he had to be rushed to the emergency room but not before being told that if it was a joke he was going to kick your a##! Frank you fought the good fight with your health so my friend RIP!
