Josephine H. "Jo" Fulton

Condolences
sorry to hear of Jo's death. I worked with Jo at UIHC and have great memories of our working relationship.
Sandy,
Sorry to hear about your mom. I remember all the fun we had and the kindness she showed me. Some of the things we did would never have happened with my family and I'm grateful to her and your Dad for that. Hope you are well and happy.
We have fond memories of the kids visiting when we lived next door. The wonderful garden. We miss you all
Sandy, I am so sorry to learn of you mother's death. Although
I didn't have the pleasure of knowing your mother, she sounds like a very remarkable woman who lived a full life.
Great aunt, we had wonderful times on vacation when just a boy,I will never forget those times along with her family and mine. Rest in peace with Charlie
Sandy, Charlie, Terri, Tiffany and Jason,
We send our love and deepest sympathy to each one of you. We so enjoyed Jo over the years and she will be missed by so many people. It was amazing to see her continued sewing projects with American Doll clothes and gardening, even when she wasn't always feeling well. Hugs to all of you and keeping you in our prayers.
Remembering all the wonderful times that my mother Genrose Lowrance (Gen) and Mrs. Fulton (Jo) shared in the old neighborhood. I hope their spirits can reconnect in Heaven for more good times and laughs.
I am so sorry to hear and read about Jo Fulton's passing. She was a wonderful individual, a great boss and my mentor in learning about the field of EKG and new emerging technologies in treadmill, Holter monitoring and echocardiography.
I was hired by Jo Fulton as an EKG technician when I returned from military service in 1971 and I worked in the EKG department until I graduated in 1975 from the University of Iowa. Under the tutelage of not only Jo, but Drs. January and Thelan, I honed my interest in cardiovascular medicine that assisted me in my career as an administrator of hospital-based cardiovascular services in Iowa, Minnesota and California at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and Jo Fulton should take great pride in instilling such professional values in myself and others.
Jo was always grounded in her desire to have her technicians produce the best tests possible and she always had a delightful laugh and ready smile, no matter what the situation
Jo Fulton will be missed and I thank her for being such a great teacher,
Iam so sorry to read about Josie . I always enjoyed visiting with her and Sandy from time to time while i was walking the dog . She certainly lived a full live . Sandy and family you have my deepest condolences on hour loss .
What a fine lady! I knew Jo as a skilled EKG technician in the cardiology division of UIHC in the 60s and 70s. Dr. Lew January was the bright and crusty head of cardiology in a department that was growing during a period of rapid transition in academic medicine. Jo was an important member of that medical family. She brought her skills, smile, goofy sense of humor and dedication to her important role. I regretted her leaving to retire and, now, the loss of another friend.
