Wow, what to say about Uncle Bob. What a guy! Always stern, but with a ready smile. Loved how fricken serious he was about Euchre! Loved to watch the brothers play at family reunions. I’m sure they’ve gotten the young guy in on their heavenly games by now! Sorry for his passing, but I know what a struggle it’s been the past few years. He’s surrounded by family and friends by now, sharing a cold one! Sending my prayers to Aunt Marlene, Sue, Kevin and Jody. EUCHRE! Can’t you hear him yelling that and slapping down his cards! And that SMILE!

Uncle Bob was a guy I saw as a strong force among the brothers in his family. He was the one that stood his ground, always. In later years, I would see him at the Legion, and we got in this habit of me saying "Hey!" and him saying "Hey? That's the first stage of horses**t!" and we'd smile and usually just touch base about the news of the day. He always took the time to acknowledge me there, a young kid and a bit out of place.
I'm sorry to hear he has passed on, and wish the best to Aunt Marlene, Kevin, Jody, and Sue.
Jerry and I are so sad to hear about Bob's passing. We both worked with him for many years and have many great memories.

I was sorry to hear that Bob had passed away! I’m so glad you called me today. Even though I did not know him, I loved the great memories you had with him. He was so loved and I know how much you loved him Marlene! I’m glad he will be at peace and we know he’s in a better place! Remember all of the great times you shared!
