Warren was the first neighbor I met when we moved to Springdale. I always enjoyed chatting with him and he gave me wonderful advice about gardening. He was a wealth of knowledge about Springdale and West Branch and I loved his stories. He reminded me so much of my grandpa and I treasured his friendship. I was Warren's dog groomer for many years and really enjoyed talking to him whenever he came in with Jacques! Then Jacques wasn't around anymore so I didn't get to chat with Warren as often as I liked but both my husband and I remember him well. We even invited him to a Christmas party/open house we had one year and were both happy that he actually showed up! He had some good stories to tell and left an impression on the people he interacted with. He will be missed I'm sure by all of his family and friends and we wish you happy memories of him all of your days. Vicki and Doug Reynolds.

Oh Warren, the good times we had talking about our family . Warren would carry his 22 rifle to his country school. The standing rule was to put the rifle in the woodshed, unloaded, and hand over the bolt to teacher. I think he was packing Bernal's .410 one day coming home from school. By the time he got home he had 3 rabbits for "momma".

Like his Moore uncles and cousins he understood "the money thing", and believe me he really did understand it!

And between Warren and Evelyn's families there were some real pioneers. I was little kid when Warren married Evelyn but I remember how happy I was to have a boy cousin my age in Tony. We always had fun running around the place.

I've got to see a lot more of my dear 1st cousins Susan and Barb through all this. Susan being our number one cat sitter.

Well Warren I bet you and the gang are all back together. How do you explain to Jacque about Bonnie Blue Flag, Tippy Dog and of course Amoeba the mighty Dog of Springdale?. Give everyone our regards, we'll all be along soon enough

Our mother, MIldred (Hayslett) Hunter was Warren's cousin. For several years the cousins met for lunch and to spend time together. Those times were most enjoyable for all. It was always fun to listen to Warren tell of times past. He was such an interesting man. Unfortunately, in recent years, we had failed to keep in touch.

I talked to you some months back about Warren and the Howe family. My father was a cousin to Evelyn and he spoke so highly of both Warren and Evelyn. I know our dads enjoyed their conversations with each other as they both loved family history. My deep sympathy to all of you - you have lost a wonderful man but I know he has left you with lots of great memories.

Warren's love of genealogy was an enormous gift to the Moore Family. He certainly helped keep many memories alive to be enjoyed by generations to come. Thank you for sharing him with all of us.

I will really miss my long talks and visits with Warren. We met when walking our dogs in North Ridge Park nearly 10 years ago and have remained friends long after our dogs, Jacques and Hubble, passed away. I will miss my weekend visits to Lantern Park Care Center to see my dear friend.

I will take comfort in knowing Warren is no longer in pain and will be with his beloved Evelyn again.

Give Hubble and Jacques a hug and pat from me, Warren.

Warren was the best. The stories he and Dad told were something. He will be missed.

I am sorry to hear of Warren’s passing! I always enjoyed talking with him while visiting my sister n law at Lantern Park! He would remind me a lot of the past. You will all be in my prayers. God Bless
