I just found out that Shawna has passed away. It has been almost a year. I met Shawna and Charles and Little Guy when we were at On With Life. I fell in love with Shawna the first time I saw her fighting to feed herself snd never giving up. She stole my heart. When she struggled in speech she actually said “I love you” to me ! I treasure that in my heart and will always “see her saying it”. She taught herself sign language and laughed when I tried it but I was not good at all. She gave one of her precious jewelry pieces to me which I wear and think of this fiesty strong, loving, kind friend. She suffered enough for ten people but she kept on fighting. Oh Shawna I am glad I met you. You were very very special. My heart is broken but glad you are not suffering. I love you!

I remember Pixie as someone who was very confident in how she deserved to be treated and how she treated others. I was going through some bad times and she was a good person for me to meet. I never did know her very personally, but I'm grateful that I had her influence in my life. Thank you Pixie, you a beast ♥️
