Condolences
To all of Vern's family and friends, many of whom I have never met, my sincere sympathy.
To look at days ahead without Vern is daunting. We knew him as a neighbor and friend, who was always there to assist. No matter how much he and Mick had going on, they were ready to help out, with livestock or machinery. And best of all, he knew what he was doing. No one could make things (older machines) work better than Vern.
And it was done with a story or something to make things a bit lighter. Truly as person who added light to this world.
Chad so very sorry for your loos. You and your family are in our thought and prayers.

Vern and Mic always welcomed me when ever i came Hunting with my Step dad Jim Deatsch. Great hard working Cowboys that would give you the Shirt off there back Vern your going to be greatly missed by all.
Vern's untimely passing has left a huge void in this neighborhood.
His willing spirit to extend a helping and needed hand was always generously extended.
He will be acutely missed.

The brothers were short of hay and I had some close, and just that day Vern had brought me a check for it and said maybe it wouldn't get moved right away cause the New Holland had a flat, and we talked till we both got a little cold.. about the 1066 needing rebuilt cause it has more power in the hills on the baler than the Massey does.
I'm just sorry cause this territory will miss a character like Vern.

Will always remember the stories Vern told on the porch at Grandma/ Grandpa’s house. Vern always found time with busy farm schedule to spend time when we were there to share stories and laughter. He will be missed. Deepest condolences from Dan, Kathy, and Keely. RIP Uncle Vern
Deepest sympathies and prayers for comforting days ahead for you Bonnie and family.
