Obituary of Patricia Ann Miller

Patricia Ann Miller, passed away May 2, 2021 in Iowa City. She was 74 years old. Pat was born September 26, 1946 in Iowa City, Iowa, the daughter of LuVerne and Kathryn (nee Kabisch) Miller. Pat grew up in Iowa City, attending City High School before going to cosmetology school. After cosmetology school, Pat was the owner of Hair Quarters in Iowa City for over 30 years before she retired. In addition to her business, Pat was a longtime member of New Song Episcopalian Church in Coralville. Family was everything to Pat, her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews brought so much joy to her life. Caring about and spending time with others was so important to Pat. She truly was a special woman and will be missed by so many. Surviving Pat are her beloved daughters, Kristine (Matthew) Leonard, Angela Langenberg, Michele (Scott) Sadler; grandchildren, Lindsey (Chas) Wilson, Taylor (Cole) Williams and Chloe (Danny) Erdeljac; great-grandchildren, Addison Wilson, Drake Wilson and Kinley Williams; siblings, Dianne (Tony) Christner and Jeff (Pam) Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews. Sadly, Pat is preceded in death by her siblings, Debbie Vanfossen, Jan Miller and LuVerne Miller Jr; her parents, LuVerne and Kathryn; and her niece, Christine Miller. A simple cremation for Pat has been arranged in accordance with her wishes. Please continue to keep her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
