Nancy was one of the most important people in my life; and for good reason. I remember coming over to her house as a kid, which was always the MOST exciting thing about my little life. She always had board games and VHS Disney movies to watch with us. Candyland was definitely a staple. She always had those yummy creme savers that you can’t find anymore. I remember her having a cat, his name was Rusty. He was the meanest cat; if he’d lay on me I wouldn’t move, I was scared. But as I grew older I realized he was a sweet cat, just grouchy; and Nancy always knew that about him, and loved him so much. Road trips to my grandpas with her; all 12 or so hours, were always fun. Helping her garden in the summer. Sharing every holiday. She was someone unforgettable to anyone her knew her, met her. It’s a long list of memories that I will never forget. It’s the “I love and miss you” at the end of every text and voicemail she sent. ❤️ I miss you.
