Such sad news to read of Betty's passing. She was a delight to see and be around - an incredible smile, fun sense of humor and a hug that told you she cared about you. One of the many jewels of our Tiffin community. I've been gone from Tiffin for many years. However whenever me or my family were in town and Betty spotted us in the crowd, she made a beeline over to say hello. Seeing her was a hallmark of "I'm home". She joins her beloved husband and best friend, Stub. Bless you Betty Madden. You are loved and will be missed.
So sorry to hear of Betty’s passing. I will always remember the trip to Hawaii that she and Connie and I took. She was a great chaperone, tour guide, and traveling buddy. We shared many laughs throughout the trip and had a great time. Betty and Cissy were also cake cutters at my wedding. Our guests got the biggest kick out of them because they were laughing and having such fun. Betty was a great friend and will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
We lived next door to Betty for years. We enjoyed getting to know her and appreciated her kindness and sense of humor. She was an independent and strong woman. We will miss her.
Betty was a lovely woman, and quite the character. She was my mom's maid of honor( Anita Madden Quinlan) and through the years we spent many fun visits at Betty and Brother's home.We had a great visit a few years back on her porch at her trailer home.Fond memories will always remain and many thanks to the Brown family for watching over her all these years.
