Sorry to hear of Richard's passing. Dick, Ed Schultz, Mike Laing and I attended the 21st police academy class together. We also got together a "few" years later when Mike retired from Campus Security and I was working for IC parking. There were several memorial moments with Dick during the academy. Condolences to Dick's family.
