Scott and Amy
I am truly sorry for your loss buddy. I lost my daughter 6 years ago.
It's the hardest thing we will ever go thru in life!
God bless ya'll
One of a kind dude will always be in my memories. Always was there when help was needed!
Scott, Amy, Curtis, Shelby:
My sincerest condolences and respects for your loss. He was a great kid. Smart beyond his years from the beginning. I watched him take a riding lawnmower at least 25-30 mph down 5th Ave place. He will be missed and loved and I am here for each of you however I can be!
Sincerely,
Brandon Rudkin
Riley was a good friend to my son, and he was a wiz at fixing small engines, I remember giving him a lawn mower that didn’t run, and his uncle Jerry told me he had it running in just a few minutes. He was a very funny and fun young man.
Riley always holds a special place in my heart, both as my son Evan's classmate in elementary school and as my student at Northwest. His energy was magnetic, his heart big, and his wisdom beyond his years. The last time I saw him was a few years ago when he pulled up next to me at a stoplight and called out to me. I turned to see this young man whose smile I knew instantly, even if I didn't fully recognize the man he'd grown into right away. We talked until the light turned and it totally made my day. We are so saddened by the news, sending big love to his family and friends.
I will always remember Riley's infectious smile (and laugh), his love of anything mechanical and his need for adventure. I remember when he found one of my old camcorders, he took it apart just to see what was inside. He was fascinated how simple it appeared to be. He was incredibly talented and understood the inner workings of machines. He was one of the most helpful students at Central, always offering a hand for someone in need. My heart goes out to all, his adventurous spirit will be missed greatly.
Scott/Amy I'm so sorry to hear about Riley. I never really had the chance to know him but the times I did I could see he had a good heart
Words cannot express how meaningful his life has always been. We send our sincere condolences, may he be resting peacefully with Morgan by his side. Thoughts, prayers, so much love with many hugs to you all. -Emily & family

I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. Riley was always friendly and helpful. He was so good with Jackson and I will always remember how he lead the neighborhood in clearing our street after the derecho. He was high spirited and ornery but he was a good person and cared about people.
I am so sorry to hear this. So sad. My condolences.

Beautiful Heumphreus family, you are so strong in my heart, thoughts and prayers at this time. Riley was an amazing soul that will be missed by many. I am so sorry for this loss. I love you all. Amy, Scott and Shelby please know if you need anything I am here for all of you.
We are so sad to hear of Riley’s passing. I remember a much younger Riley riding his bicycle around our neighborhood and stopping to talk to our son.
Condolences to Riley’s family. Please share your memories of a Riley and realize that even though we didn't know him very well, we also have memories of him. He might not walk this earth anymore, he still resides in us. Thoughts and Prayers as you continue to push through your days with this great and sorrowful loss.
